Insight Psychology & Wellbeing provide group programs that are aimed at the treatment of mental health conditions as well as enhancing wellbeing and quality of life.  Group programs can be equally effective to individual treatment and can provide a supportive environment to connect with others and to learn from each other’s lived experiences.

Our group programs are developed from scientific based literature and include supportive practices relating to mindfulness, self-compassion, yoga, meditation, exercise and healthy lifestyle choices.
